The school day at Stratford and East Ham campuses follow the same pattern of 5 teaching periods. At Plaistow campus there is a different structure to the day.

| 12:50 pm - 1:40 pm | Lunch |
| 1:40 pm - 2:30 pm | Period 5 |
| 2:30 pm | End of School day |
| 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm | After School clubs, Extra Curricular and Interventions |
