Jack Petchey Award Celebrations

On Thursday, 10th October, our 2023/24 Jack Petchey Award winners had the incredible opportunity to attend the prestigious awards ceremony at Cineworld, located in the iconic O2 Arena.

We were delighted with a fantastic turnout, with 7 of our 9 winners present, each accompanied by their proud families. It was a truly memorable evening, and the sense of pride was evident as our students arrived dressed impeccably for the occasion. The excitement and joy shared by all was palpable, a testament to the hard work and dedication that led to their well-deserved recognition.

Our outstanding students celebrated that night were Tanvir, Isaac, Lola, Shifwat, Ilyas, Terequa, and Cristel. Each one walked confidently onto the stage to accept their award, representing our school with grace and pride.

We also had the special honor of recognising Arun, who received a much-deserved Leaders Award. Arun’s unwavering commitment and leadership have truly stood out this year, and it was a heart warming moment to see him join the students on stage to receive this prestigious accolade.

A big thank you goes out to Toni, Angelika, Kiera, Safiyah, and Alan for their support and for attending the event. Your presence meant so much to the students, their families, and the whole team.

Lastly, I’d like to extend a special thank you to Toni, whose invaluable support has played a huge role in making this event such a success year after year. Her dedication behind the scenes ensures everything runs smoothly, and I’m incredibly grateful for her continuous efforts.
